In the processing of plastic products, there are many questions, one of which is that the screw of injection molding machine does not cut. This kind of doubt: the screw is in normal operation, but it does not discharge.

It consists of the following elements:

1. Too many recycled materials are added in the plastic guess.

2. The temperature control is not accurate, the temperature at the rear end of the barrel is too high, adjust the temperature setting, and check whether the cooling water circuit is blocked.

3. The screw shows the phenomenon of gluing - the plastic wraps the screw and rotates together.

4. The screw and the barrel are worn, or the wear through the rubber ring constitutes that the plastic leakage is not transported to the front end of the barrel.

5. Too much oil is added to the plastic to make the screw slip.

6. It is assumed that the new screw does not discharge, which may be that the plan of the discharge port of the screw and the barrel is not appropriate. For the screw, the screw slot in the feeding section is too shallow, so that the screw can not move the plastic forward when rotating, or the amount of material transported is very small; for the square surface of the barrel, it is the plan of the discharge port.

7. The plastic particles are too large, the phenomenon of bridging occurs, and the plastic can be damaged again. (screw)
